Worked on improving data quality in the krayin/laravel-crm repository by addressing a bug related to the job_title attribute in the person attributes view. The work involved correcting a typographical error and refining the exclusion logic to ensure job_title is accurately displayed and filtered for person records. Using PHP and Blade, the developer focused on backend development to eliminate inconsistencies that previously affected contact data and downstream reporting. These changes enhanced the reliability of search, segmentation, and analytics within the CRM, resulting in more accurate data representation and improved user trust in the contact management and reporting features.
