Worked on consolidating and improving documentation for the 4210-Capstones/touchless-kiosk-raspy-net repository, focusing on Pod 1’s onboarding and deployment processes. Developed a comprehensive Pod 1 Documentation.md using Markdown, outlining workflows for request form submissions, contributor management, and repository organization. Established a minimum viable product deployment workflow to clarify approval and rejection processes, directory structure, and backend/uploads organization. The approach emphasized maintainability and governance, introducing placeholders and a strategy for ongoing documentation updates. This work streamlined contributor onboarding and reduced time-to-first-contribution, leveraging strong documentation skills and a methodical approach to repository structure and collaborative workflow design.
