Developed an end-to-end customer support chat platform, delivering both backend and frontend components to enable persistent conversations between admins and customers. The work, spanning the Cripsy-BackEnd and Cripsy-FrontEnd repositories, established a durable data model using Java, JPA, and Spring Boot, with REST APIs for managing conversations and messages. Docker was used for containerization and deployment readiness, while the frontend leveraged React and TypeScript to provide a unified chat UI with real-time updates via polling. This approach improved data integrity, streamlined support workflows, and ensured scalable operations, with a focus on clean API design and reusable, deployment-friendly user interfaces.
