Worked on the df-admin-interface repository to address a critical issue in role management by fixing a bug related to the deletion of role lookup keys. The solution involved implementing a method to detect deleted keys and ensuring that original IDs were preserved and correctly included in backend payloads. By sending deletions with a null role_id, the backend could properly remove obsolete entries, which improved data integrity and reduced the risk of orphaned keys. This work relied on JavaScript for both frontend logic and backend integration, demonstrating a focus on API integration and backend development to enhance the reliability of administrative workflows.
