Worked on the p4lang/p4c repository to enhance compiler reliability by expanding the negative testing suite for P4 error handling. Developed and integrated 248 new negative tests into the p4_16_errors suite, focusing on validating error detection and improving the clarity of compiler messages. This effort leveraged expertise in compiler testing, error handling, and the P4 language to strengthen early regression detection and streamline debugging for users. The comprehensive test additions improved the maintainability of the codebase and provided richer feedback in continuous integration, supporting safer releases and reducing the risk of undetected issues in the P4C compilation pipeline.
