Worked on the srkpi/sc-kpi-web repository to deliver a feature that dynamically renders the current year in the website footer, ensuring copyright information remains accurate without manual intervention. The solution was implemented as a focused patch using React and TypeScript, centralizing the year logic within the footer component to reduce maintenance overhead and eliminate the risk of outdated copyright text. JavaScript was used to validate the update across all pages, maintaining UI consistency and preventing visual regressions. The work demonstrated disciplined commit practices and attention to maintainability, resulting in a more robust and future-proof front end for the project.
