Worked on enhancing the Organization Administration image upload workflow in the sopt-makers/sopt-operation-frontend repository, focusing on improving flexibility and usability for admin users. Refactored the frontend using React and TypeScript to allow optional executive and member images, while ensuring at least one member image is required. The image upload logic was updated to conditionally upload images only when provided, reducing unnecessary network requests and streamlining the submission process. Applied a targeted hotfix to remove the mandatory executive image constraint, aligning validation with real-world needs. These changes improved data quality, reduced upload payloads, and accelerated administrative tasks without introducing new bugs.
