Over a two-month period, contributed to the SwEnt-Group8/Street-work-app and onlynotes-swent/onlynotes repositories by developing and releasing structured team feedback reports for Milestones M2 and M3. Focused on establishing unified evaluation frameworks that benchmarked design, implementation, and Scrum practices, the work emphasized code quality assessment, documentation review, and project management. Using Markdown for technical writing, each report consolidated qualitative and quantitative feedback on areas such as error handling, testing, user experience, and CI pipeline integration. This approach improved governance, transparency, and traceability, enabling data-driven prioritization of improvements and supporting maintainability, onboarding, and alignment with business objectives across both projects.
