Migrated the map rendering engine from Leaflet to MapLibre GL JS, enabling dynamic hexagon data visualization through local GeoJSON and improving spatial accuracy. Developed interactive map layer visibility controls, allowing users to toggle country, province, and county boundaries with per-layer data loading for improved responsiveness. Addressed data reliability by correcting import path errors and refining coordinate handling. Leveraged JavaScript, TypeScript, and React to deliver a more maintainable, scalable frontend, focusing on user experience, code quality, and robust data integration for map features.
