Developed and enhanced command line tools for managing RocketMQ topics, including batch operations and static configuration updates, using Rust and asynchronous programming techniques. Streamlined dependencies by removing the Netty Rust timer wheel and refactored core components for improved error handling and maintainability. Implemented broker heartbeat handling and consumer status visibility, enabling better operational insight. The work emphasized robust API development, data serialization, and file I/O, resulting in safer topic governance and more efficient broker and cluster administration workflows.
