Worked on the source-academy/frontend repository to address a user experience issue in the GradingEditor component, focusing on the unsaved changes prompt. Improved the prompt logic so that users are now warned only when there are actual unsaved changes, rather than being alerted unnecessarily due to conditions related to new questions. This adjustment enhanced the clarity and reliability of the grading workflow for end users. The solution was implemented using React and front end development skills, with changes written in JavaScript and TypeScript. All modifications were contained within the GradingEditor subcomponent to minimize risk and support future maintainability.
