Addressed a bug where procedure bindings could panic when handling empty HTTP response bodies by implementing defensive validation and error handling. The solution involved checking the validity of the body source before reading and returning an empty body when appropriate, which prevents runtime crashes and reduces production downtime risk. Collaborated on code reviews and updates related to these changes, applying skills in Rust, HTTP client development, and bindings to deliver a more robust and fault-tolerant system for database procedures.
