Worked on the iits-consulting/charts repository to deliver a targeted feature enhancement for the oidc-forward-auth Helm chart, focusing on simplifying token handling and improving compatibility with Traefik’s authorization header overwrite behavior. The approach involved disabling default access token encryption and removing unused configuration options, which reduced operational complexity and enhanced interoperability. Documentation in both README.md and values.yaml was updated to provide clearer guidance for operators. Utilizing DevOps practices and YAML, the work aimed to streamline deployment processes and reduce configuration risk for authentication flows. No bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focused and stable engineering contribution.
