Worked on the GEO-BON/bon-in-a-box-pipelines repository to deliver targeted updates supporting habitat-area workflows and visualization pipelines for Myrmecophaga tridactyla. Focused on robust data processing in R, the work included converting binary raster data to polygons with careful NA handling, updating range maps and configurations for reproducibility, and enhancing visualization stability by migrating plotting to ggplot2. Data management and dependency updates ensured accurate habitat-area estimates and streamlined downstream analyses. Obsolete data for Saguinus oedipus was removed to maintain repository clarity. The approach emphasized reproducible research practices, clear error messaging, and comprehensive test data to support conservation decision-making.
