Worked on modernizing and securing data source management across the genestack/sdk and genestack/user-docs repositories. Focused on consolidating dictionary metadata, improving traceability by adding original data source links, and enforcing HTTPS for external references to enhance security. Updated documentation to provide clearer, more usable information for researchers, including direct data source references and removal of obsolete files. Ensured consistency in link formats and metadata across both code and documentation, aligning with project requirements for cross-repository traceability. Utilized Python for scripting and code refactoring, alongside Markdown for technical writing, to deliver three new features that improved data management and documentation clarity.
