
Worked on the KhronosGroup/Vulkan-ValidationLayers repository to deliver a targeted feature enhancing graphics pipeline validation. Developed and integrated a legacy dithering enable flag into the fragment output state, extending pipeline state validation to cover both core and library-based pipelines. This addition improved the accuracy of graphics pipeline checks and reduced false positives during validation. The work included augmenting the validation scope with new unit tests for Graphics Pipeline Libraries and legacy dithering, ensuring robust coverage of the new functionality. Utilized C++ and low-level programming skills, along with expertise in Vulkan and graphics API testing, to improve validation reliability and debugging efficiency.
