During February 2025, Matej Horinek enhanced governance in the red-hat-data-services/org-management repository by implementing a role-based access control update. He elevated his own account to organization admin, formalizing admin membership and aligning access controls with governance requirements. This change, managed through Git-based configuration management and expressed in YAML, improved security posture and auditability by ensuring explicit traceability of admin assignments. The update enabled faster governance workflows and more robust management capabilities within the repository. Matej’s work demonstrated skills in RBAC provisioning, security governance, and collaborative change management, addressing organizational needs for structured access and streamlined administrative processes without introducing bugs.
