Worked on the RedisInsight repository to enhance the database search filter by addressing a bug that previously allowed unconnected or unknown databases to appear in search results. Focused on improving user experience and data integrity, the solution ensured that only properly connected databases are displayed, reducing confusion and increasing the accuracy of search outcomes. Utilized frontend development skills with React and Redux, along with JavaScript and TypeScript, to implement and test the fix. Applied Jest for thorough testing, confirming the reliability of the update. The work demonstrated attention to detail in maintaining usability and correctness within a complex frontend application environment.
