Worked on the MyPureCloud/genesys-spark repository to enhance CI pipeline reliability and streamline issue tracking. Focused on integrating the Jira project key COMUI into the Jenkins-based CI/CD workflow, enabling improved traceability and auditability for release processes. Used Groovy to update pipeline configurations, standardize mailer addresses, and ensure consistent handling of uncommitted changes and publish failures across multiple branches and components. These changes reduced manual intervention in cross-branch reporting and accelerated issue triage, contributing to more efficient DevOps operations. The work emphasized stability improvements and tighter Jira alignment, supporting better operational efficiency and confidence in the release workflow.
