During a two-month period, Manuel Carpio focused on enhancing CI/CD pipelines for the openstack-k8s-operators/telemetry-operator repository. He introduced and refined CI configuration using YAML, enabling dedicated autoscaling and UI test jobs for OpenStack OSP18 and improving observability through dashboard integration. In July, Manuel consolidated multiple CI jobs—covering graphing, autoscaling, and logging—into a unified testing pipeline, streamlining maintenance and accelerating developer feedback. His work centered on CI/CD configuration and configuration management, addressing the need for more efficient, reliable test automation. While no explicit bugs were fixed, the depth of his contributions improved test coverage and operational visibility for the project.
