Over a two-month period, contributed to the pubky/pkarr and pubky-core repositories by delivering features focused on deployment, documentation, and workflow optimization. Containerized the Pkarr server using Dockerfile and Rust, streamlining deployment and ensuring consistent environments. Enhanced onboarding and accessibility by restructuring PKARR documentation in Markdown, clarifying features, and adding collapsible FAQs. In pubky-core, refactored CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and YAML, introducing parallel PR checks and matrix-based test execution to accelerate feedback and improve reliability. These efforts reduced onboarding friction, improved developer productivity, and established reproducible, efficient workflows without requiring major bug fixes during the development period.
