Worked on stability and reliability improvements for the logto-io/logto repository, focusing on the Kook connector integration. Addressed a bug where the connector failed if a user's banner information was missing by updating the backend logic to allow the banner field to accept empty strings or null values. Enhanced robustness by adding regression tests to ensure the connector handles these scenarios gracefully, reducing runtime errors and incident risk for Kook users. Utilized TypeScript for backend development and testing, emphasizing defect repair and expanded test coverage rather than new feature delivery. The work strengthened integration reliability and improved overall system resilience.
