September 2025 monthly summary for grpc/bazel-central-registry: Delivered a Bazel build system upgrade to support SCIP 9.2.3 and OR-Tools 9.13/9.14, including new Bazel build files and configuration to integrate the updated libraries. This work maintains compatibility with downstream projects and enables uptake of the latest solver features while preserving stability.

In 2025-03, delivered OR-Tools integration into the grpc/bazel-central-registry Bazel build system by adding OR-Tools (v9.12) as a new dependency, configuring modules and compatibility patches, and establishing build targets and presubmit checks. This work enables advanced optimization tasks within the CI/CD workflow and broadens the project’s capability to solve combinatorial problems within the Bazel-based workflow.
