Worked on enhancing the OCRTest Ruby sample within the ApryseSDK/PDFNetWrappers repository by integrating the IRIS OCR Module to expand its demonstration capabilities. Focused on adding features such as language selection, zone exclusion, and extraction of output in JSON and XML formats, the work aimed to make the sample more realistic and useful for evaluating OCR workflows. Leveraged Ruby for development, with an emphasis on OCR and PDF processing, to improve the robustness and clarity of the sample. These enhancements streamlined developer onboarding and feedback by providing a more comprehensive and practical demonstration of IRIS OCR integration and data handling.
