Worked on frontend stability and operational visibility across the scality/metalk8s and scality/core-ui repositories, delivering two major features and a bug fix over two months. Focused on consolidating TypeScript typings, modernizing UI component library maintenance, and standardizing status reporting to improve code quality and developer experience. Enhanced type safety, aligned dependency versions, and improved build reproducibility using JavaScript and TypeScript. In core-ui, expanded the status system for more granular monitoring, while in metalk8s, stabilized React Query data fetching in the shell UI to ensure consistent UI state. These efforts reduced maintenance overhead and improved frontend robustness and reliability.
