Worked on the VATSIM-UK/UK-Sector-File repository to improve the quality and consistency of aviation sector data, focusing on the ATS routing dataset. Addressed data inconsistencies by aligning naming conventions and correcting en-route fixes across multiple ENR files, which enhanced data integrity and reduced downstream errors for aviation data consumers. Updated the CHANGELOG.md and synchronized test data to reflect these changes, ensuring traceability and reliability in future updates. Utilized skills in aviation data and data management, working primarily with Markdown and text-based formats. The work emphasized maintainability and accuracy, contributing to a more robust and reliable data management process.
