Worked on the umbraco/Umbraco.UI repository to deliver a unified, theme-driven user interface that enhances consistency, accessibility, and branding flexibility across the platform. Focused on integrating a comprehensive UI theme and color system, aligning components such as the date picker with theme colors and introducing a selectable color scheme option. Addressed dark theme compatibility for the color picker by leveraging theme variables and refining preview button styling. Utilized TypeScript, CSS, and web components to ensure that theme tokens drive styling, enabling faster client branding updates and reducing UI drift. The work strengthened the platform’s design system and improved maintainability.
