Worked on the apache/incubator-hugegraph-ai repository to upgrade the HugeGraph Python Client to version 1.7.0, introducing health checks and graphspace authentication routing for improved reliability and compatibility. The approach involved updating the server image, implementing dual-path authentication logic to support both graphspace-scoped and server-level endpoints, and maintaining backward compatibility with previous versions. Migrated continuous integration workflows from manual Docker runs to GitHub service containers, enhancing deployment safety and maintainability. Added comprehensive unit tests for the new routing logic using Python, and improved exception handling throughout the backend. The work focused on API development, DevOps practices, and robust unit testing.
