Ningchang Liu developed the data model and design documentation for the Conference Room Booking System in the miw-upm/apaw-practice repository. Focusing on data modeling and system design, Ningchang defined the core entities—Room, Booking, User, and Amenity—along with their attributes and relationships, establishing a clear data contract for future development. The documentation, written in Markdown and visualized with Mermaid diagrams, provides a single source of truth for the system’s structure. This work enables safer implementation, easier integration, and faster onboarding for subsequent phases, demonstrating depth in database design, UML, and technical documentation while laying a solid foundation for the project.
