Worked on the Putnam-Lab/CBLS_Wetlab repository to deliver an end-to-end data refresh pipeline for daily measurements, focusing on updating and automating the ingestion of new data for July 31, 2025. Leveraged R scripting and CSV data management to update the display data management scripts, ensuring that all downstream reports and outputs, including regenerated PDFs, accurately reflected the latest measurements. Emphasized traceability and reproducibility by maintaining clear commit history and validating outputs against operational requirements. The work centered on data analysis, data entry, and reporting, supporting timely and accurate decision-making for laboratory operations through robust scripting and documentation practices.
