Navdeep worked on the hackclub/dns repository, focusing on provisioning the waffles.hackclub.com subdomain through DNS configuration and deployment updates. Using YAML for configuration management, Navdeep added TXT records for domain verification and CNAME records to integrate with Vercel DNS, enabling seamless hosting and deployment for the new service. The work established a scalable pattern for future subdomain rollouts, streamlining onboarding and improving hosting reliability. Although the scope was limited to a single feature over one month, the implementation demonstrated a clear understanding of DNS provisioning and deployment workflows, laying a solid foundation for future infrastructure enhancements within the project.
