Worked on the hackclub/dns repository to provision DNS for the new waffles.hackclub.com subdomain, focusing on enabling reliable hosting and deployment. Used YAML to update deployment configurations and applied DNS configuration skills to add TXT records for domain verification and a CNAME pointing to Vercel DNS. This approach established a scalable pattern for future subdomain rollouts, streamlining onboarding and improving hosting reliability for new services. No bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary effort centered on feature delivery. The work laid a technical foundation for faster, more consistent DNS provisioning and deployment processes across the organization’s infrastructure.
