During March 2024, contributed to the symfony/symfony repository by implementing enhanced import exclusion handling for Symfony Config and Routing modules. This work focused on ensuring the exclude option is properly respected for non-glob and PSR-4 resources, clarifying exclusion logic and optimizing resource management during imports. The targeted change improved reliability and maintainability for projects relying on precise resource scoping, reducing misconfigurations and stabilizing imports. The solution was delivered through a focused commit, demonstrating proficiency in PHP, Symfony, and back end development. The approach emphasized code clarity, maintainability, and commit-driven development practices within the Symfony ecosystem.
