Added NoAuto gating for unsupported partition types when Format=empty to reduce build warnings and improve partition-management robustness. June 2025: Implemented Repartition Utility support for Format=empty meta value, ensuring Label=_empty and NoAuto=1 for sd-sysupdate compatibility with proper allocation and freeing of the new label resources.
