Worked on the neos/flow-development-collection repository to enhance test reliability and code quality within a PHP backend environment. Developed robust Redis authentication test scaffolding by implementing setup and teardown routines that create and remove Redis users before and after tests, ensuring improved test isolation and reducing flakiness. Addressed test hygiene by removing an unused variable from test files, supporting maintainability without altering functionality. Leveraged PHPUnit and Redis to streamline the testing process, resulting in faster and more reliable CI feedback. The work focused on backend development and testing, contributing to safer validation of new features and a more stable codebase.
