Worked on frontend UI and data quality improvements for the vidyagxp0/agio_pre_prod repository, focusing on Errata and Incident Reports. Delivered a feature that restructures tables, standardizes headers, and introduces dynamic detail sections that adapt based on user selections, enhancing workflow consistency and user experience. Utilized Blade templating, HTML, and JavaScript to implement these changes, ensuring maintainable and traceable code. Adjusted incident form validation to require short descriptions, reducing incomplete submissions and improving data quality. The work emphasized maintainability, with a clear commit history to support future enhancements and safe rollbacks, while addressing specific UI and validation requirements.
