During February 2025, Odyx developed a setup guide and runnable example to streamline OpenID Connect integration with Keycloak for the openbao/openbao repository. Focusing on configuration and documentation, Odyx provided a Markdown-based guide that walks users through configuring Keycloak as an OIDC provider within OpenBao, including a practical example using the 'bao write' command to set client ID, secret, and discovery URL. This work addressed onboarding challenges by offering clear, reproducible steps and copy-paste-ready configuration snippets, ultimately reducing integration time. The contribution reinforced OpenBao’s security and interoperability posture, demonstrating depth in technical writing and configuration management for authentication workflows.
