Olaf Conijn enhanced the CI/CD infrastructure for the Stedi/jsonata-rs repository by delivering two features and resolving a workflow bug within a month. He implemented a secure GitHub Actions release workflow using a GitHub App token, improving authentication and secret management while removing unused secrets. Olaf also enabled test execution within the merge queue, allowing earlier detection of regressions before code merges. To address artifact reliability, he reverted an action version to ensure consistent SARIF uploads for scorecard results. His work, primarily using YAML and leveraging CI/CD and GitHub Actions, strengthened release governance and reduced risk for the project’s stakeholders.
