Worked on stabilizing Docker-based deployment for the apache/rocketmq repository by addressing a persistent startup error related to Docker volume mapping. Applied a targeted fix that updated the docker run command to use bind mounts, directly resolving deployment failures in local and development environments. Enhanced the project’s documentation by revising the README to clarify Docker usage, which reduced onboarding friction for new users. Demonstrated proficiency with Docker and Markdown while ensuring clear traceability through detailed commit messages and issue references. This work improved deployment reliability and supported smoother onboarding, focusing on practical problem-solving and collaborative documentation within the RocketMQ ecosystem.
