Worked on the dcloudio/uni-app repository to enhance codebase stability by rolling back the experimental HarmonyOS mini-program Vue 3 integration. Addressed a critical issue by removing the uni-mp-harmony directory and associated files, reverting the project to a previously stable baseline. This rollback, implemented using JavaScript and TypeScript, prioritized reliability and maintainability over new feature development for the month. The process involved careful code reversion and validation of builds to ensure no regressions in existing functionality. By focusing on repository stability and documenting the rationale, the work enabled the team to prepare for future, well-supported integrations using Vue.js.
