Worked on the ForestAdmin/agent-ruby repository to address security vulnerabilities in JavaScript development dependencies, focusing on dependency management and security management. Upgraded devDependencies and applied yarn resolutions to remediate both direct and transitive vulnerabilities, reducing the vulnerability count from 198 to zero as verified by yarn audit. Modernized the release pipeline by updating the semantic-release stack and related tooling, as well as upgrading the CI environment to Node 22.14.0. Removed obsolete package managers and hardcoded version constraints, resulting in improved compliance, reduced security risk, and a more maintainable baseline for future development using JavaScript and modern CI/CD practices.
