Enhanced maintainability by adding detailed inline comments to both History and Problem pages, clarifying component purposes for future contributors. Applied minor formatting adjustments in Problem.vue to align with project style guidelines. All changes preserved core functionality, ensuring that user history, profile information, and detailed question attempts continued to display accurately without introducing regressions.
