Developed Arduino file extension support for C++ projects in the zed-industries/zed repository, enabling Arduino files to be recognized and treated as C++ code through a targeted configuration update. This work focused on enhancing the development experience for Arduino users by improving cross-language tooling integration and ensuring consistency across project workflows. Leveraging skills in Arduino, C++, and configuration management, the update streamlined onboarding for developers working with mixed file types. No major bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focus on feature delivery and configuration hygiene to support broader language and file-type compatibility within the existing project infrastructure.
