Worked on the accuknox/accuknox-jobs repository to deliver a security and stability upgrade for the cx-one-job service by updating its Docker base image to Python 3.12-alpine. Focused on containerization and DevOps practices, the developer used Dockerfile and Shell scripting to enforce the new baseline, addressing vulnerabilities present in previous Python versions. The approach included validating build and runtime compatibility to ensure no regressions occurred, while also documenting the security rationale behind the upgrade. This work established a clearer, maintainable path for future dependency updates, resulting in a more secure and stable runtime environment for the service.
