Implemented 3D model previews and automatic thumbnail generation for STEP and GLB formats using Three.js and TypeScript, streamlining asset visualization. Improved backend reliability by restoring media data fetch limits and introduced caching for CSV and JSON content previews to reduce redundant requests and boost performance. Enhanced media curation with media pinning and simplified uploader filter logic. The work combined frontend and backend development, focusing on usability, performance, and scalable asset governance.
