Worked on enhancing CI/CD reliability and performance for the NVIDIA/NeMo-Guardrails repository by improving the GitLab pipeline’s dependency management and build speed. Addressed deterministic dependency installation by pinning the Poetry version in the CI environment and updating the cache strategy to include Poetry lock files and configuration. This approach reduced cache misses and build times, resulting in more stable and predictable pipeline executions. Leveraged DevOps practices and YAML scripting to implement these changes, focusing on reproducibility and efficiency in continuous integration workflows. The work emphasized robust automation and consistent dependency resolution, contributing to a smoother development and deployment process.
