Developed the foundational database layer for a warehouse management system, focusing on backend infrastructure within the nknaleena101/warehouse-management-BB repository. Designed and implemented the DatabaseUtil class to manage database connections and automate schema initialization, establishing core tables such as asn_data, asn_items, inbound_log, inspections, locations, and product_location. Leveraged Java, JDBC, and SQL to ensure robust data integrity and support scalable inbound and outbound warehouse workflows. The work addressed the need for reliable database management and schema design, enabling essential warehouse operations while laying the groundwork for future feature expansion and maintainability. No major bug fixes were required during this period.
