During October 2025, Ryan Anderson developed a user-facing search feature for the QDB page in the rit-sse/WebsiteTheSSEquel repository. He implemented a live search bar using React and Next.js, binding user input to a state variable to enable real-time filtering of quotes as users typed. This approach improved the search experience and made the interface more responsive. Additionally, Ryan enabled database seeding for QDB events, supporting data readiness for demos and QA testing. His work focused on front end development with JavaScript and TypeScript, delivering a targeted feature set with clear scope and attention to code quality and maintainability.
