Worked on the zed-industries/zed repository to enhance the user interface for .NET files by implementing a feature that differentiates project and solution file icons. Focused on UI/UX design and Rust development, the approach introduced dedicated icon keys for various .NET project file types, allowing users to visually distinguish between solution and project files more efficiently. This targeted update aimed to reduce cognitive load and streamline file identification within the interface. All changes were delivered in a focused, traceable commit, reflecting an emphasis on code quality and maintainability while leveraging Rust and UI/UX best practices throughout the development process.
