Worked on the LMMS/lmms repository to enhance version reporting and improve UI state reliability within the application. Addressed version information accuracy by updating the version header to include architecture and operating system details, leveraging C++ and careful header file management to ensure precise diagnostics and packaging. Additionally, resolved a UI desynchronization issue in the AFP module, ensuring that the reverse mode button accurately reflects the underlying audio processing state when loading new samples. The work demonstrated a focus on both backend accuracy and frontend usability, applying C++ development skills and audio processing knowledge to deliver targeted, maintainable improvements within a short timeframe.
