Worked on the specify/specify7 repository to enhance localization and internationalization for the multilingual user interface, with a particular focus on Norwegian language support. Improved the clarity and consistency of UI text, notifications, and element labels by refining localization strings and aligning them with Weblate, a collaborative translation platform. Leveraged TypeScript and front end development skills to implement a robust workflow for syncing translation strings, reducing the risk of translation drift in future releases. The work did not involve bug fixes but concentrated on strengthening the localization process, ensuring a more accurate and user-friendly experience across multiple supported languages.
